RE: Coroner Case Number 2010-01701 – HAIM, Corey Ian

 

The Los Angeles County Department of Coroner conducted an autopsy on the body of Corey Ian Haim, age 38, on March 11, 2010.

 

The cause of death has been determined to be:

 

·         DIFFUSE ALVEOLAR DAMAGE

 

·         COMMUNITY ACQUIRED PNEUMONIA

 

·         OTHER CONDITIONS: HYPERTROPHIC CARDIOMYOPATHY WITH CORONARY ARTERIOSCLEROSIS

 

·         MANNER OF DEATH: NATURAL

 

The toxicology report revealed no significant contributing factors.
