Los Angeles County Supervisor Yvonne B. Burke and the Board of Supervisors proclaimed the month of July as the first-ever Bebe Moore-Campbell National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month in Los Angeles County on July 1. The Department of Mental Health and its collaborative community partners will be hosting various events, activities and educational conferences in recognition of National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month.
