HOMICIDE BUREAU REQUESTS THE PUBLIC'S ASSISTANCE
IN SOLVING THE MURDER OF AN ELDERLY WOMAN
WHO: LIEUTENANT GIL CARRILLO, LOS ANGELES COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.
WHAT: SHERIFF'S HOMICIDE DETECTIVES ARE SEEKING THE PUBLIC'S ASSISTANCE IN SOLVING THE MURDER OF AMADA SIMBALA, 73. SHE WAS TIED UP AND BRUTALLY BEATEN DURING THE COURSE OF AN APPARENT HOME INVASION ROBBERY. A $10,000 REWARD IS BEING OFFERED BY THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS FOR INFORMATION LEADING TO THE ARREST AND CONVICTION OF THE PERSONS WHO COMMITTED THIS CRIME.
