ACTION TAKEN:

 

The Board authorized County Counsel to file a petition with the United States Supreme Court on the lawsuits titled Eng v. County of Los Angeles and Robinson v. County of Los Angeles

 

The vote of the Board was unanimous with Supervisor Molina being absent.
