                  Motions in the People v. Johannes Mehserle are scheduled to be heard at

8:30 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 19, 2010, in Dept. 104. Department 104 is located in Room 309, on the 9^th floor of the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center, 210 W.
