Jesse Rosenberger v. County of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. SC099924

 

This litigation arises from a vehicle accident involving an employee of the Sheriff's Department.  (10-0409)

 

ACTION TAKEN:

 

     The Board authorized County Counsel to file an appeal in the aforementioned matter.

 

The vote of the Board was unanimous with Supervisors Ridley‑Thomas and Knabe being absent.
