President-elect Barack Obama's choice for attorney general, Eric Holder, is expected to face aggressive questioning over clemency and other issues today from Republicans during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing. GOP lawmakers have indicated they expect to approve Holder as AG, but the hearing may be the most contentious so far among Obama's Cabinet choices.
