I am told that a motion will be introduced at the Board of Supervisors meeting today to file a legal challenge against the state if the budget proposals are approved by the Legislature relating to redevelopment agencies and highway use taxes.
I will let you know as soon as I hear anything more definite. The meeting starts officially at 9:30, but normally the Board doesn't get to the agenda items until 10 or so.
