              No. CV 10-00192

 

              This class action lawsuit challenges the adequacy of the educational services provided at the Challenger Memorial Youth Center.

              (10-0263) 

 

              The Board authorized settlement of the matter titled Casey A. et al., v. Darline Robles, et al.  The details of the settlement will be made available once the settlement has been finalized by all parties.  The vote of the Board was unanimous with all Supervisors being present.
