ANTONOVICH CALLS FOR CHILDREN’S
ORAL HEALTH PROGRAM AT HIGH DESERT MACC

LOS ANGELES COUNTY – To help ensure children in the Antelope Valley have access to quality dental care, Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich directed the County’s Chief Executive Officer to report back in 30 days on expanding an onsite oral health program at the High Desert Multi-Specialty Ambulatory Care Center, which is scheduled for completion in 2010.

“Dental care is vital to a child’s overall health and well-being,” said Antonovich.  “Healthy children do better in school and ultimately have better outcomes in life.”
