ACTION TAKEN:

 

The Board authorized settlement of the lawsuit titled County of Los Angeles v. NME Hospitals, Inc.  The substance of the settlement will be disclosed upon inquiry by any person as soon as the settlement becomes final following approval by all parties.

 

The vote of the Board was unanimous with all Supervisors being present.
