The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office will recognize four honorees this week at a Courageous Citizen Awards luncheon.
The two-hour ceremony will take place on Thursday, Nov. 12, at The Odyssey Restaurant, 15600 Odyssey Drive, in Granada Hills. The event, which is hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Northridge, begins at noon.
Among those honored will be a woman who stopped an attempted bank robbery, two men who helped stop a murder and a man who intervened in the beating of an elderly victim.
