Nicole Richie v. Eduardo Cerri Arrivabene (BS123459) and Nicole Richie v. Ivon Emilio Melo Miguel (BS123460) Restraining Order Hearing

 

 

Restraining order hearings in Nicole Richie v. Eduardo Cerri Arrivabene, BS123459, and Nicole Richie v. Ivon Emilio Melo Miguel, BS123460, are now scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 16, 2009. Please note the change in time.

Hearings will take place in Dept. 75 on the 7^th floor of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, 111 N. Hill Street, in downtown LA, Judge Carol Boas Goodson presiding.

Media representatives covering the proceedings should arrive by no later than 1 p.m. on Monday and check in with a PIO staff member outside Dept. 75. Judge Goodson denied media requests to film/photograph the hearings. The use of electronic devices, such as BlackBerrys, iPhones and PDAs, will be permitted, so long as the recording and photographing applications are turned off and not used.
