ICAN/DCFS THIRD ANNUAL HOLIDAY PARTY FOR
EL MONTE FOSTER CHILDREN AND THEIR CAREGIVERS
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2009

The Inter-Agency Council on Child Abuse and Neglect (ICAN)/ICAN Associates and the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) will hold their Third Annual Holiday Party for El Monte area foster children and their caregivers from 10am until 1pm.
This event is intended is to provide joy to children who are unable to spend the holiday season with their families due to abuse and/or neglect. This year an anticipated 600 children and their caregivers will be in attendance!
This Holiday Party is a joint effort of ICAN/ICAN Associates and the Department of Children and Family Services.
M.C.s for the event will be El Monte Mayor Pro Tem, Juventino "J" Gomez, and Teresa Samaniego, Director, Public Affairs, ABC7.
