Status of Hearings in Michael Jackson matters Set for Monday, July 6, 2009,

 re Estate Case #BP117321 and Guardianship Case #117319

note continuance in one case

 

     As originally calendared, the hearing set for Monday, July 6, 2009, pertained to both the estate and guardianship matters. The hearing remains on calendar as regards the estate matter. However,  the guardianship matter has been continued to Monday, July 13, 8:30 a.m. still in Dept. 5, Stanley Mosk Courthouse.

          Again, there has been no change in the July 6 date for the  estate matter. Guardianship matter  continued to July 13, 8:30 a.m.

           The Court has received numerous calls and emails from media outlets inquiring about persons expected to be present at Monday’s hearing. The Court has no information in this regard. Inquiries pertaining to planned attendance by any member of the Jackson family or any parties to other litigation relating to Mr. Jackson should be directed to attorneys representing those people.
