This litigation challenges the Auditor-Controller’s allocation of property taxes that the Los Angeles Unified School District receives. (10-0506)

The Board authorized County Counsel to seek review in the California Supreme Court in the above matter.
The vote of the Board was unanimous with all Supervisors being present.
