CS-1.      CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED                       LITIGATION                                                                    

                   (Subdivision (b) of Government Code Section 54956.9)

 

              Significant exposure to litigation (one case) (10-2500)

         

              The Board authorized settlement of a claim involving services

              provided to                         developmentally disabled minors in the juvenile halls.

              Details of the                      settlement            will be made available once finalized by all

              parties.  The vote of                     the Board was               unanimous with all Supervisors

              present.
