MULLALLY DEBRIS BASIN
SEDIMENT REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL
STARTING MONDAY, DECEMBER 27, 2010
The Los Angeles County Public Works Department will conduct a sediment cleanout of the Mullally Debris Basin in La Canada Flintridge starting Monday, December 27, 2010.
The cleanout is expected to take about one week to complete, depending upon weather conditions.
The sediment will be taken to the Dunsmuir Sediment Placement Site (SPS) in Glendale County crews and contractors are scheduled to work weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Information about the schedule and routes to and from the debris basin and sediment placement site can be found at www.dpwcare.org. under “Debris Basin Sediment Cleanout Schedules and Routes.’
