Increased ruptures a sign of failing infrastructure?
Why did the chicken swim across the road? Because the street was flooded! Water mains keep bursting all over the city of Los Angeles causing streets to flood, citizens to be cut off from their water and serving as a wet reminder that our city is broke in more ways than one.

Researchers say that, on average, women are more effective lawmakers than men, bringing more federal dollars to their districts, introducing more bills in Congress, and attracting more co-sponsors to their legislation.
