FREE CHILD SUPPORT WORKSHOP FOR PAYROLL PROFESSIONALS AND EMPLOYERS RETURNS TO ARCADIA ON MAY 26
TRAINING HELPS HR PROFESSIONALS AND IMPROVES THE COLLECTION OF CHILD SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY
The Employer Workshop, a nationally recognized free workshop for employers and payroll professionals, returns to Arcadia on Wednesday, May 26. The workshop seeks to improve the collection of child support for families and children in L.A. County by providing employers with training and updates on requirements for child support wage withholding and health insurance enrollment.
The L.A. County Child Support Services Department will stage the Workshop at Ayres Hall at the L.A. County Arboretum in Arcadia from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. There will be expert speakers from the L.A. County Department of Child Support Services and the California Department of Child Support Services. The event is in the Fifth District of L.A. County Supervisor Mike Antonovich.
The Employer Workshop is free. All registered attendees receive a free Child Support Resource Book for Employers and free parking. Early registration is recommended to ensure a spot for this free training since space is limited. Reservations can be made by calling 323-832-7251 or register on-line at http://cssd.lacounty.gov.
