NOTICE OF CHANGED MEDIA CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

Preliminary Hearing Setting

People v. Conrad Murray

         To minimize congestion inside the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center on Monday, April 5, media representatives should claim seating credentials at the PIO check-in desk on the exterior plaza in front of east end of the Temple Street entrance to the building. This is the same general area where post-court news conferences are staged. Seating credentials will not be distributed on the 13^th floor, or anywhere else inside the couthouse, at any time.

         Media passes will be distributed beginning at 11:45 a.m. and concluding promptly at 1:15 p.m. No passes will be distributed prior to the start time. Media representatives who arrive after 1:15 cannot be accommodated in the courtroom, regardless of where they may fall on the seating reservation list. The check-in desk will close promptly at 1:15 p.m.

         Look for directional signage on the Temple Street plaza. This is the entry to the building whose official address is 210 W. Temple St.
