Los Angeles County Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas to Dedicate Ladera Park’s Newly Renovated Ballfield and New Fitness Zone

 

WHAT:        Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation and Second District Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas will dedicate the newly renovated ballfield to the Ladera Community. This $550,000 renovation project included new dugout areas, spectator bleachers, laser grading, installation of new irrigation system; the field was hydro-seeded, new fencing and turf.  The park’s basketball courts were also refurbished as a part of this project and completed in 2008.
