Los Angeles County Assessor Rick Auerbach will release the 2009 Annual Report online through the Internet tomorrow (Thursday, July 9), detailing dramatic changes in the Property Roll due to declining home values. This will be available at 8:00 a.m. on the Department’s website at http://assessor.lacounty.gov and include links to the complete downloadable Annual Report with city and county statistics and a separate press release in pdf. formats.

 

The Report, which includes the Assessor’s Message about the real estate market, will also be available in print copies which will be mailed to all news media or can be picked up at the Assessor’s Executive Office in the Hall of Administration, 500 W. Temple St, Rm. 320, Los Angeles 90012. The Assessor will be available for interviews Thursday morning.
