LOS ANGELES COUNTY OPERATIONAL AREA

DEACTIVATES EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER – JULY 7

 

 

LOS ANGELES (Tue., July 7, 2009) – The Los Angeles County Operational Area deactivated the County’s Emergency Operations Center following the conclusion of the Michael Jackson memorial service, and the announcement of the deactivation of the City of Los Angeles Emergency Operations Center.

 

The County’s Chief Executive Office, Office of Emergency Management will return back to its Duty Officer standby status at 4 p.m.
