United States Deaf Water Polo (USDWP)
Sean Jackson/2009 Water Polo
United States Deaf Water Polo (USDWP) was founded in 2006 as a result of the predecessor organization, United States Aquatic Association of the Deaf (USAAD) breaking up into two separate organizations to better serve its two main sports - Swimming and Water Polo.  USDWP is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, volunteer-driven organization (Tax ID: 20-5798452) incorporated in the state of California.  Once again we are asking our friends and family to help Sean reach his fundraising goal. The U.S. team athletes need to raise $4,500.00 each, through private donations, from individuals, companies and corporations. Theses monies help cover the cost for equipment, clothing, uniforms, and expenses in Taiwan. The fundraising deadline is fast approaching - please help Sean meet his goal. Please consider a tax-deductible contribution (Tax ID: 20-5798452) of any amount to help support Sean and the rest of the U.S. team. Included in this mailing you will find a donation voucher that you can complete and send in with your donations. Please be sure to include "for Sean Jackson/2009 Water Polo" on the memo of your check. Please mail your tax exempt gift to: Dr. Jordan Eickman, USDWP Director, 18013 Devonshire St. #245, Northridge, CA 91325 For more information be sure to check US Deaf Water Polo website: www.usdwp.org
