Initiation of litigation (one case) (08-3446)
ACTION TAKEN:
The Board authorized County Counsel to seek judicial review of Administrative rulings by the State Department of Healthcare Services regarding Medi-Cal costs reimbursements. The particulars of the action will be disclosed upon request to any person once the action has been formally commenced. \
The vote of the Board of Supervisors was unanimous with all Supervisors being present.
