PROBATION TO HOST HOLIDAY EXTRAVAGANZA FOR 1,000 FAMILIES

 

Free Holiday Festivities Includes Meals, Toys/Gifts, Medical/Health Services, Child I.D. Kits and Santa Claus!

 

      WHO: More than 1,000 families from communities surrounding the Los Padrinos Juvenile Hall in Downey.

 

   WHAT: Will receive Christmas meals, toys and gifts from Santa Claus in addition to free medical and community services courtesy of Los Angeles County agencies including Mental Health; Public Health; Parks and Recreation; District Attorney’s Office; Office of Education and several community-based organizations.

 

 In addition to the music and family entertainment, free child I.D. kits and flu shots will be available for participants. Toys and services are donated by Los Angeles County employees and community partnerships.

 

   WHEN:  Saturday, December 20, 2008

                   11am to 3pm
