CLOSURE OF LOCAL ASSISTANCE CENTER

FOR LOS ANGELES COUNTY FIRE VICTIMS

                         

LOS ANGELES COUNTY – Effective today, the Los Angeles County Operational Area will close the Joint County/City Sylmar Recreation Park Local Assistance Center for the fire victims. The Sylmar Local Assistance Center is located at 13109 Borden Ave., Sylmar, CA 91342.

 

However, Federal and State agencies will remain at the site to provide information to continue to assist individuals and business owners to complete their applications for assistance.

 

Residents may also call 211 LA County for information and referral to post disaster services and resources available for those affected by the wildfires.  The toll-free 2-1-1 number is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  211 services can also be accessed by dialing 1-800-980-4990 or by visiting www.211LACounty.org.
