LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS TAKE DOWN ANTELOPE VALLEY GANG
WHO: SHERIFF LEE BACA, LOS ANGELES COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT; THOMAS O’BRIEN, UNITED STATES ATTORNEY; AND SPECIAL AGENT IN CHARGE TIMOTHY LANDRUM, DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION.
WHAT: SHERIFF BACA WILL ANNOUNCE THE RESULTS OF 40 SEARCH AND ARREST WARRANTS THAT WERE EXECUTED THIS MORNING THROUGHOUT ANTELOPE VALLEY AND PARTS OF SANTA CLARITA VALLEY. THIS OPERATION WAS THE RESULT OF A TEN-MONTH INVESTIGATION INTO THE “LANCAS 13" GANG. “LANCAS 13" HAS VICTIMIZED THE ANTELOPE VALLEY COMMUNITY BY COMMITTING MURDERS, DRIVE-BY SHOOTINGS, BURGLARIES, THEFTS AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY.
