LOS ANGELES COUNTY — On the eve of the one-year anniversary of tragic death of Los Angeles County Firefighters Captain Tedmund D. “Ted” Hall and Firefighter Specialist Arnaldo “Arnie” Quinones who died battling the Station Fire, Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael D.
