OPENING STATEMENTS TO BEGIN TOMORROW

     Opening statements are scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. tomorrow, Aug. 4, 2010.

Media representatives who have reserved a seat with the Public Information Office should be outside the courtroom no later than 8:00 a.m. for check-in. Media seating for the trial is limited and registration does not guarantee a seat in the courtroom.   

         No video or audio coverage of the proceedings will be allowed.  The use of laptops, PDAs, BlackBerries, and cell phones is strictly prohibited and any violation will result in the device being impounded and the owner subject to a contempt citation.
