MOLINA’S COUNTY GRAFFITI ORDINANCE BROUGHT
TO CITY OF LOS ANGELES
Graffiti Fight and Parental Accountability Expands to City
What: Los Angeles County Supervisor Molina will join Los Angeles City Councilmember Bernard C. Parks will announce plans to introduce an ordinance for the city that will mirror L.A. County Supervisor Gloria Molina’s County ordinance that holds parents accountable for their minors convicted of graffiti offenses; and civilly liable for the payment of associated fines.
Parks will also ask the City Attorney’s Office to add elements of the County Graffiti Ordinance to the City Graffiti Ordinance.
